ABC Scholarship Award (Art Benefits Children) $250 will be awarded to an elementary teacher and $250 awarded to a secondary teacher. Teachers from any school in Otero County are eligible to apply. The scholarships will be awarded twice a year, in the fall and spring. Teachers are encouraged to apply often. Please see the application for details.
